Lil Wayne Is Getting MARRIED . . . This Weekend . . . To SUPERHEAD!!! (Evidence Inside)

Lil' Wayne & Superhead
I learned some SHOCKING news. Rapper Lil Wayne and Karrine "SUPERHEAD" Steffans are getting married . . . THIS WEEK!!!

Here's what we know. Over the weekend, we're told that Karrine went on FACEBOOK, and told followers that she and Lil' Wayne were getting MARRIED this weekend. And she has SOME credibility on the point. Because two weeks earlier she posted pics of Lil Wayne's ITEMS - at her house. So they are DEFINITELY f*cking!!!

Well anyway the story gets BETTER. According to a source, Karrine has asked friends if they would be wiling to BABYSIT her son for this weekend. She told one friend that she's GOING TO LAS VEGAS with Lil' Wayne.

Wow . . . Weezy couldn't be THAT dumb . . . could he?????

D'Prince is set to launch 'Jonzing' Club

A ritzy, swanky and lavish new nightclub christened “JONZING” is set to have its high
profile launch next Wednesday, Sept 28 2011.

Located within the highbrow residential and commercial area of Lagos, Nigeria -'The Island'
Off Ajose Adeogun, this club is the first of its kind.

The venue screams ‘lush’ to say the least, from the Interior to the exterior.
visitors have described it as exciting and different!

It is newsworthy that the brain behind this night life entertainment venue is none other than
our very own D’ Prince of Effizy aka OMOBA of MO HITS records. The venue
has a holding capacity of over 300 people.

“JONZING”- It’s for YOUR Entertainment by THE Entertainment and the Prince of Mo
hits has taken it upon himself to show us how to party in style!

Though yet to release his debut album, since he first came onto the scene with the Mo hits
crew, D’Prince has had numerous hit singles like ‘Ooze’, ‘I like what I see’ ‘Jonzing world’,
‘Give it to me’ and his debut single ‘Omoba.’ He has also been featured on a number of songs
with various popular artists.

This jovial, quick witted, intelligent new club boss, in answer to ‘the reason behind his
venture into this new sector in entertainment’, cited his need to not just be apart of night life
as an entertainer, but to also be the creative innovator and brain behind entertainment as
a whole.

The term ‘distinctly affordable’, is perfect when summing up the intended customer market
for this club. The drinks are affordable to every young person that intends to party in
D’Prince’s territory but of course always supreme quality, for example: fresh fruit cocktails
and signature drinks tailored to thrill any crowd with good taste.

However we all have “levels” the main floor is massive! Allowing artist performances and
D’Prince to party with club crawlers, but the club also boasts a VIP for tables and bottle
service and a VVIP strictly for A-List entertainers and high profile clients.

The club opening which will be an exclusive RED CARPET AFFAIR has already attracted
major media attention, locally and internationally simply because it stands to provide a good
blend of entertainment for the young and trendy and also the young at heart.

Everyone who has carved a niche for himself or herself is expected to attend.

Topping the guest list are the likes of THE MOHITS crew, Nigeria's UK based Tattoo faced
Dj: Dj Sose, who has recently flown in to Nigeria to attend this lavish event. Also we can
confirm the likes of ‘Mr Expensive himself’, ‘Dotstar’, described as UK’s ‘grime genius’
recently in the Metro News paper UK, who you might also recognize in the latest Toyota TV
advert, set to grace the occasion. It is no doubt that this event will be a blend of class and
creativity.

Finally, D’Prince has promised that the ‘JONZING’ club opening is just the tip of the iceberg
of innovative ideas he is about to unleash into the entertainment industry.

We hear rumors of concerts, tours and his debut album launch.

JONZING Launches This Wednesday, 28th September 2011.
Red Carpet Event- Invite Only.

KC takes on Acting in a new Movie with Genevieve Nnaji

It was with surprise, some months back when the news broke, that the “Sengemenge” duo of  KcPresh have gone separate ways with their musical career, that lasted over 10 years.

The separation brought about fresh singles- Okpekete, Now I Know, O’ Bad from Kcee and Presh now having great air plays.
Genevieve Nnaji & KC
I can tell you, that the separation of KC Presh is bringing about new developments to the entertainment industry and the general public, as it was gathered from a reliable source, that Kingsley Okonkwo [Kcee] is now fishing in Nollywood waters. The movie is said to have a rich cast featuring Genevieve Nnaji, Mercy Johnson alongside top Nollywood actors and actresses. The movie is said to be about a twisted love story gone wrong, and all parties are getting ready to go on location a couple of weeks.

Kcee recently on his twitter handle, @KceeO has been tweeting about him experimenting with new things, in his career.

One can’t wait to see Kcee show another creative part of him although we seriously doubt that we will be entertained except having a good laugh at his acting attempt.

 BIG SEAN'S BIOGRAPHY
Big Sean

Sean Anderson, a.k.a. Big Sean, is the newest artist signed to G.O.O.D. Music/Island Def Jam at the young age of 20. Sean was born in Santa Monica, CA and relocated to the west side of Detroit, MI when he was 2 months old. He was raised by his mother and grandparents, who worked steadfastly to instill in him the principles of hard work and determination.

Sean attended the Detroit Waldorf School, a school of art, from Kindergarten to 8th Grade where he was introduced to a spectrum of art and culture. He later attended Cass Technical High School where he furthered his music career, met life long friends, and gained the support of fans and peers as he independently sold copies of his music.

Sean gained a strong relationship with 102.7FM, a local radio station in Detroit where he displayed his rhyming skills weekly. There, he met Kanye West after a radio interview in 2005 and got a chance to display his talent by freestyling for Mr. West, giving him a copy of his music and sending numerous tracks for him to critique.

After months of submitting songs and numerous meetings, Sean finally got the call from Kanye West himself saying that he wanted to sign him. Big Sean officially signed to G.O.O.D. Music in 2007 and then signed to Island Def Jam in 2008. Sean has two mixtapes under his belt starting with “Finally Famous–The Mixtape” [Nov. 2007] and “U KNOW BIG SEAN–Finally Famous Vol. 2” [Spring 2009]. His hit single “Getcha Some” vastly took over the internet and created major buzz for the artist and quickly solidified him as a breakout star.

The single first debuted on Kanye West’s “Cant Tell Me Nothin’ Mixtape” giving him the exposure needed to showcase and introduce his talent to the world. Big Sean is scheduled to release his debut album entitled “Finally Famous” in Fall 2009. The album features Hip Hop stars such as ten-time Grammy Award-winning artist Kanye West, Pharrell, The Dream, and many more. Big Sean has been spotted beside Kanye West all over the world including Los Angeles, New York, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Hawaii, etc.

Polo Director Jennifer, Romances and Pampers D’banj with her Money

According to information available, the Nigerian music star, D'banj has been in a relationship with a lady based in the United Kingdom while still enjoying the comfort of Genevieve Nnaji. However the light beamed again on Jennifer who a UK based lady claimed has been frustrating her relationship with D'banj.

In her words, she said Jennifer Obayuwana has been dating my boyfriend, Dapo (D'banj) for months now. Her best friend, Linda Mesrob has been hiding it well for her because she acts like she is a friend to Genevieve Nnaji.

The lady who claims she does not have the financial muscle of Jennifer said "I don't have her money because she spoils him with gifts, she should just leave him for me." According to the story, Jennifer was said to have bought the shoes D'banj wore to the Black Entertainment Award show; a shoe valued at N350, 000.

There were also allegations that both D'banj and Jennifer may have been close to each other due to their alleged passion for weeds; though, thatcan not be confirmed. The London based lady also alleged that Jennifer and her younger sister have turned a regular visitor at D'banj's Lekki home. When asked if she has personally accused D'banj of double dating, she said D'banj came to see her in the UK few weeks ago, he told her, he can't be bought.

There were indications that both Jennifer and her rival had exchanged unpleasant words on phone against each other on occasions, with the former telling Jennifer to leave D'banj alone for her.

Sources who are also aware said D'banj has benefited immensely from his relationship with Jennifer who is an Executive Director of her father's company, Polo, a high profile distribution chain that store some of the most expensive wrist watches in the world for the high and mighty.

Jennifer, who was in the news sometimes back, due to a brush with Paris authorities, has been
pampering him with cash and numerous gifts, a source added. In other to give you a balanced report, I spoke to Jennifer Obayuwana on phone.

Madman On the Loose

Base One
From the stables of Wahala Media Entertainment, which has successfully launched off the amazing career of female songstress, Nikki Laoye and is also presently leaving the sweet-smelling trail of great music in the form of the sugar-filled R&B, Sugar Boy A1, is now arising the third element to the amazing Wahala Trio mix, a new phenomenal artiste Base One aka 'the MadMan'.

Quietly raising dust underground since 2006, Base One can simply be tagged “Naija’s HipHop’s best kept secret”.  In that year, a coincidental meeting with the young man who would blow his ideas sky high and serve his lyrics on a platter of hit making beats – ace producer Ade ‘Xblaze’ Laoye; who has produced major hits songs for the likes of ModeNine, Nikki Laoye, Kidpresh & Blaise, got his musical career off to a good start when he recorded and released a couple of demo singles including 'Five Fingas', 'Singbere' and 'Kondo Tayin', which received massive radio airplay at that time.

Born Ayomipo Isaac Shotunde, Base One who's now a final year undergraduate at the Lagos State University, remained focused on his Banking and Finance University degree still went back to the drawing board with producers Xblaze and Gray J’onz. The end result; two new hit singles 'Surulere' and 'Werey', giving you a clearer view of the amazing lyrical genius called Base One.

With a style so intriguing, Base One is rapidly re-stirring the ripple effect caused by the phenomenal late Nigerian HipHop artiste, Da Grin, who he’s constantly compared to due to their similar musical delivery. Asserting that his style of music was acquired on and is for the “streets”, led to the creation of his own acronym, Base One which stands for “Be A Street Entertainer” and the number One representing his uniqueness.

Combining his love for music from HipHop greats like Krs One, Snoop Dogg, Lil' Wayne and the positive influence of the Yoruba lifestyle of his Ayobo Hood in Ipaja where he was raised, hence produced his style of delivery which is an intelligent mix of street language and slangs in his native Yoruba dialect alongside English Language.

Werey (Madman) produced by Xblaze

Meet XBlaze…

Xblaze
XBlaze, who is the brother of award-winning Gospel artiste Nikki Laoye and the producer who produced Rap sensation Base One to recognition, is one of the fast rising music producers in the country. Currently enjoying the hype in various works he has done making waves in radio stations, clubs, he spoke with Precious Ahante on his plans and other issues.

Yourself and music

I’m XBlaze, but my real name is Ade Laoye. I’m a native of Ede, Osun State but I grew up in Ago-Okota, Lagos. I’m from a family of 4, three boys and a girl and I’m the last-born of the family. An undergraduate of Business Administration, University of Lagos. C.E.O of Rocksteady’86 Productions; my studio. I don’t like trouble, I like been indoors, watching cartoons, movies, playing video games and creating beats which I’m good at. I would say my family inspired me to go into music, my sister sings so also my brothers. As a child I was eager to be a music producer, seriously when I was little and I took it I played drums, beat boxes, before I got a system where I started learning the fruity loops, that was about 2004. When I’m at home, any beat comes to me whenever I’m doing my chores. I grew up listening to productions of Petrock, Dr. Dre, DJ Premier, 9th Wonder and Q-Tip. Q-Tip is one of my favorite rappers of all time, while Petrock was my main influence in learning how to produce. Apart from producing, I’m also a hip-hop artiste. Music is my life and I can’t do without it, so that’s just it.

Artistes that you’ve worked with

I’ve worked with Modenine in a Rap song ‘Music Lives’, Blaise, my sister Nikki Laoye ‘Taka Sufe’ with the Rooftop Mc’s; which won several awards including best gospel video at the Nigerian Music Video Awards (NMVA), Base One ‘Werey’ and ‘Surulere’, Kidpresh ‘Omoge’, Presh P ‘Make Me High’, among a host of others too numerous to mention. I’ve also worked with some foreign artistes such as, Azon Blaze from North Carolina, M. Smile from Florida, Verb from Arizona, all from the USA.

Your relationship with Base One

Well…it was back in 2006 at school; then Base One used to play cards at the back of the class, I strongly advised him about it and discovered that he was a fantastic emcee, then I decided to work with him on the condition he left the habit of playing cards which he immediately did and I thank God for that.

Challenges as a producer

Recording and producing isn’t quite easy because you have to consider the style that the artiste is using. X-Blaze cannot produce Fuji, juju or apala, I can’t connect with such artiste but when it comes to any other genres of music, I can produce. Some people believe that the kind of software the producer uses is also a setback, for example I use ‘Fruity Loops’, which some people believe to be outdated and consider ‘Reason’ which most producers use nowadays, but it’s a capital lie, it’s the man behind the machine not the other way round.

Favourite song(s)

I have a lot but I’ll say ‘Kush’ by Dr. Dre, ‘Werey’ by the Big B himself; Base One, this song drives me crazy. I also love the productions of American producer, Lex Luger.

Motivation

My brother it’s God oh! And the fact that I got to make everybody accept me, its like a mission, if I don’t achieve it I won’t be at peace with myself. As a matter of fact I would probably be dead. In life we all need music to survive, quote me anybody who says that they don’t listen to music is as good as dead because in sports we have music that is the anthems which the teams involved use, in movies there is music, jingles for politicians, when we drive, adverts, name it, everything in our lives involves music.

Admirers in the music industry

I admire so much is Modenine. I also admire Don Jazzy.

Charity

Yeah of course, as a matter of fact I’ve had this thing in me as a child that when I grow older and get married I’m going to do a lot for children from the motherless babies home. I’ll love to do more for charity, really.

If you have children will you allow them to go into singing?

That’s a good one bro a strong one. This music…you know it’s deeper than what a lot of people think it’s even deeper than what a lot of people think its even deeper than I myself thought it was. I might not want my kids to go into it but a lot of times its better that way because it helps you know a little about life. If you have everything on a platter of gold, you’ll not respect. But if you work for everything you own, it’s a different ball game, you’ll know how to save, how to manage and you will and have respect. If they want to sing no problem but I prefer them playing musical instruments, but if they are really keen on singing I’ll even use my connections to set them on the right path.

Your next move

With the help of God, fellow Nigerians & the press, I’ll be releasing my upcoming album titled ‘Omega-X’. It’s going to be Dirty Southern Hip Hop; it’s going to be the bomb.

Hangout

I hangout with my friends, tweeting @TheRealXblaze, facebook-ing at Xblaze Heatnix, but most times in my living room watching movies and cartoons.

Here are some of his songs. Enjoy
